CS - Cart - Theme Design and Integration

We are looking for someone to work on website design for our online pharmacy store and integrate with CS Cart professional version, For your reference one of the template we liked is attached with this brief but we don't want anyone to copy that design but take idea on shades and colors we like. Integration has to be done by designer and theme / css has to meet w3c standards. We have also attached our company logo for your reference. Looking forward for your bids and time frame.
