Link Building Campaign Yearly contract

Dear Bidders, I request you not to go at PMB before you read this description.... This is a web design company in US and we have been serving our clients for long giving the full satisfaction. In the last 4 years we have got so many queries regarding Link Building but we have been so busy with our Design and development things that we never paid attention towards this. Our CEO Mr. Smith has now decided to find a company/individual who could be our partner for all these projects. We are not learnt about Link Building but after too many project falling to us, we decided to get one for this campaign. Its you who is going to tell us the things happening in Link Building. But, Its not easy task to find one as we want but we would be needing sample and that should be from our current project, I mean I will give you a link to create and you need to do it. The person, whose link will be best filling our client's desire will be our partner and the contract would be signed for 3 years. BUT, We will not be letting everyone to create one link as sample.
