Convert PSD to HTML

We are revamping a current site. There are about 11 pages in total. 7 of the pages are 95% static texts and the remaining have considerable amount of interactivity. Currently we aren't very happy with the current design so we engaged a designer to redesign the site in PSD. So will need someone (independant contractor) to convert the PSD to HTML. We are providing a template to help with the coding on the front-end side. As the back-end is also completed, we will need the contractor to integrate the front end side with the current back end codes. We are looking for only independant contractors with whom we can trust and engaged for other long term projects. So if you're an agency, we apologize and would have to reject you without prior explanation.
