490092 Real Estate Website or Squeeze Page with Phone Verification

I need a simple squeeze page similar to one of the following: [login to view URL], or www.findabirminghamhome.com. I also need a PAV account, similar to the one that Craigslist uses. I want people to go enter my domain, fill out the form and in order to proceed to the site that allows them to search for homes, have their phone numbers verified, so that I can follow up. I am sick of prospects visiting my website, inputting a fake number, using my resources only to buy a home with another real estate agent. Phone verification will at least give me a fighting chance.
