Walk-a-thon logo, web-site and registration brochure

Hospital/Non-profit organization seeks to promote an upcoming charity fund raiser to raise money for child abuse prevention - shaken baby syndrome in particular. The event is a stroll (like a walk-a-thon) but with strollers, moms and babies. The title is UAB Shaken Baby Prevention 4K Stroll. All design elements need to incorporate the pinwheel from the Pinwheels for Prevention website ([login to view URL]). The color schemes should be blue (same as the pinwheel) and green (PMS 3425 - or shades of PMS 3425). Primary event audience is women - mothers of young children (age 0-3), women volunteers from service-oriented organizations (clubs). The secondary audience is the general public. Logo will be used on registration materials, website, and t-shirts. Website will be a micro-site that fits into a university template, see link ([login to view URL]). The header on this page will be changed to reflect the name of the event (not UAB School of Medicine). And the existing links can be changed to the navigation specific to our event (the four pages that i'll detail below). Will need four navigation pages. page one will be the home page that provides complete details of the who, what, when, where. page two will list the specifics of the cause and why we're raising money. page three will house online registration information - this page will need some design accents to make it look better ([login to view URL]); page four will list the planning committee. The registration brochure will be 12 x 9 fold 4 x 9. The entire inside panel will be a landscape registration form. The outside panels will include promotional information similar to that of the home page of the micro-web site. I will provide all copy. Thank you for your interest.
