Create a simple website for an art gallery with joomla

I want to have a simple joomla homepage for my art gallery where I can present my paintings. The style should be similar as in the enclosed file "style expecations". I also attached an excel file, which shows how the structure (link building) should be (instead of the headers "Gallery", "My BIO" in example jpg file). The following things must be possible: - It shoud be a picture gallery, which is easy to update and maintain - There should be an option on the homepage to change the language - No additionally design is neccessary, only one "picture" on the headline Don't calculate too much website design - as you see it can be simple and sylish.
