Clean code and design

Hi there Would you be able to give me a quote? I would like to following work done in one of the pages of my website [login to view URL] - Clean code (at the moment im having problems when i want to make small changes) I can see the changes in the preview, but not when site goes online. - There is a tag cloud on the right hand side and i would like to get rid of it, instead i would like some boxes (no corners) round corners could be fine,but maybe i would like to see circles. I have attached an example of roughly what i would like. - Also there is banner picture at the top, do you have access to a photo stock? because i would like to replace it with a picture of a family with young kids for example. Can you please give me a quote??? Thanks guys
