Canvas ordering system

Hello, I am looking for someone to do a full canvas ordering system from uploaded customer's photos which will show how the final product will look like It will have most of the features like [login to view URL] (please click 'order now' from the left hand side): - ability to upload a photo from customer's computer, also store the photos for future use, - select product type - rolled canvas, stretched canvas - show resolution at selected print size, - select canvas size (width and height in both inches or cm) and show how it will affect image cropping and resolution, (drop down menu i.e. [login to view URL]) - allow for two different thicknesses of the frame (show difference in image) - allow different wrap style (white, colour, photo wrap, mirror) and show how it will look (similar to point101), - allow color/black & white/sepia toning, - calculate the price based on the size, refresh automatically after size changes (also ability to enter any custom size - price will be calculated via formula) - add product to cart, - also checkout with a bridge to paypal. Local administration is required to have the ability to change the prices, introduce new vouchers/sales. Code must be clearly commented for future changes. I would prefer that it is not done in flash. Website can be build on Joomla., woocommerce , opencart... Please note that some assistance will be required to sort any unforseen issues within first few weeks after task has been completed. Compliance with all web browsers is essential. I would like to have a good communication from the beginning of the project throughout to make sure it is going in the right direction. I would like project to be completed in 3-4 weeks time.
