Need Web Templates Designed

We're looking for a creative "Web Designer & HTML Coder" who can design 10 "single page templates" each reflecting a theme based on the following categories. Theme Categories: 1. Business/Marketing 2. eCommerce/Shopping 3. Education 4. Entertainment 5. Health/Medical/Pharmacy 6. Home/Recreation 7. Internet/Directory/Classifieds 8. Science & Technology 9. Social Media 10. Sports Each template must • Be unique in design and give a professional look and feel • Have 4 basic sections supporting the following: o Section-1: Logo/Banner that represents the theme based on the category o Section-2: Include horizontal ad links/image ads o Section-3: Include vertical ad links/image ads o Section-4: Includes a contact/make offer form with the fields (Name, Email, Phone, "Your Offer" and a "Submit button") – This does not have to be a functional form but just html markup. Remarks: The template sections can be arranged per your creative vision and design. They do not have to be in a specific order.
