Graphic designer web designer needed part-time for projects

I need someone to assist with design work. You must be a front end graphic designer with knowledge of adobe cs. If you can code in html/jquery etc (all front end) even better. I am an art director/ designer and this will be part-time long term work. I am willing to pay $30 per homepage without coding $50 per designed and coded page. $20 per inner page with $35 coding. This will be ongoing work and you must be available with daily turn around times. I need someone reliable as I have had bad experiences on Freelancer. Please only bid if you are available 5-6 days a week (if needed) online and can provide me with updates.
