design a high converting landing page and form

I need a good design for a new car site landing page, users land on this page to select a make and model of a car and enter a zipcode to get a free price quote on a new car. Then the user is taken to a page to fill out their name address phone etc. The design needs to covert, we want users selecting a car and putting in a zipcode on the landing page and we want users to fill out the form on the form page and click submit or get quote.
