complete website

i want to complete redo my website witch is www.onebluebic.com. it is simple website and i am just wanting a NEW custom design, we need a members area members can also be racked and have profiles and if possible a chat area like messenger,forum,blogs,classefieds,calander page, this is a poker website a place for advertizers and a internet radio like [login to view URL], so they can listen to use and also be able to download it to there explore like a add on, so they can just click listen and here the radio that i want to proud cast, some how i like to be able to hold files on the internet so it can play music or advertisements with me not there pritty much all the lights and wistles not shure on the amount on this project if think it is worth more to you post in your pm
