Code Blue website redesign. Overview Codeblue is a medical training company, specialising in resuscitation (CPR) and emergency training. We are the largest company of our kind in Ireland. We have recently completed a re-branding process. Our previous name (ACLS Training Services) has been changed to Code Blue and we have a redesigned logo, stationery and corporate brochure. Task Our website needs an overhaul, to reflect the new corporate image. The successful bidder will * Redesign the website to incorporate the new logo and colour scheme * Provide a Dreamweaver template, matching the overall style, that Codeblue can use to create new pages in future. * Design a payment system that students may use to apply and pay for courses online, to integrate with the existing course database * Design a student details database that will allow students to log into the online tutorial section and will store their online test results for Code Blue to review. Details Redesign Our website needs a redesign, using our new logo and based on the same theme as our stationery. Sections * Home * Our Team (Pages: Company profile. Instructor profiles) * Courses (Pages: BLS. ACLS. PALS. Instructor Training. ALERT. Sports Injuries. Consultancy services) * Booking (Pages: Individual courses. Booking form. Payment system) * Help (Pages: FAQ. Directions) * eLearning (Pages: Tutorials.) * Contact (Pages: Company contacts. Feedback form.) Content We have a new corporate brochure, copies of which will be available for reference. Dreamweaver Template This template will allow Code Blue to add new pages about future courses at a future date. It should be based on the Courses page layout. Payment System Students will be able to apply for courses online, entering their details into a student database. Payment by credit card/paypal. There is an existing database of courses (venue, date, cost etc), which is updated manually by our secretary. The new payment system will incorporate the existing database (modify fields or add new fields, if necessary). Student details database This database will integrate with the online payment database but will also allow students who did NOT pay online to receive a password. The database should track when and for how long the students logged in. This database will be evolving as the use of the eLearning part of our business evolves so it will require additional modifications in future projects. Future work The website overhaul needs to be done ASAP but there are a number of projects coming up in future so we'd like to establish a good working relationship with a trustworthy and talented web designer.
