Adult Dating Website

We would like a dating website designed strictly for adults. We will need a basic/simple logo designed for the site. The site should have a main/public page, sign up page (email verification), members only area, allow the users to control their own billing/membership, allow users to create profiles and upload pictures (profiles and pictures will only be visible/public after validated by website staff), a chat area, forum area. We do NOT believe the site will require any type of webcam streaming or anything like that. Not at this time... but would like this considered during design incase we wish to expand the site later. So if those sites were removed we will offer them at time we make our decision as to who will work on this project. We have a tight budget on this first site so please come in with *real* offers.
