Typo3 (Version 4.5.3) Template needed

Hi, i am looking for a Typo3 Template to redesign my Website. I am on Joomla at the moment and start to hate it. Thats why i want to switch over to Typo3 (allready installed up and running). I need you to create me the templates i need and teach me how to install then with my Typo3 installation. As far as i understood Typo3 i need two different layouts. One with only one Navigation and one with a top + a subnavigation. I ll provide you with a webpage that has a nice colorscheme i would like to use. Attached is a wireframe of the page layout.
