41868 HTML edit advice....

I purchased a cookie cutter website and I just need someone to show me how to make changes (edit) to the html in the site. There is a "template" file in addition to the "index" file and I am not sure how to go about this. So I will need to give you access to my cpanel to figure this out. No changes need to be done, you just have to tell me how to go about making changes to the files (I use Dreamweaver MX for the html editor). I have FTP access also.
