34694 craigslist/backpage clone

I would like a completely designed site very similiar to [login to view URL] or backpage.com. The programmer will almost be making an exact clone of craigslist except it will be for my geographical region. My site will be similar to craigslist and backpage yet slight different. There are some things that I am looking for in this project: 1. Flexibility on the administrative side of things. I should be able to alter - add/delete categories for members to post in. In addition I will be to delete postings from users if need be. I want it to be very user friendly for myself. [login to view URL] a search function like craiglist to search the site for keywords. 3. Want a email based bulletin board (like craigslist) to post ads on my website. Anonymous email reply posts. 4. The user will be able to upload pictures on there posts. 5. The site will have a chat room function as well. The users can enter a screen name and take it from there. 6. The site will be minimalist in approach yet classy. Things Im looking for a programmer: 1. Very friendly and helpful. Able to work with a newbie in the web development field. Yet dont take me for granted, I will demand alot but I will be very specific. 2. Can be reached in numerous ways: phone, email, or fax. 3. Most show me that the site works well without any flaws before finalizing the deal! 4. Eager to help and willing work with me. Im looking forward to working with you in the future.
