Internet Explorer (IE) Automation using TCppInternetExplorer and C++ Builder

I want C++Code that will compile within Embarcadero's CodeGear RAD Studio 2009 using C++Builder to automate InternetExplorer (IE). The code will be able to navigate to specific pages, allow for the interrogation and modification of input fields. and be able to submit forms. We are wanting a solution that don't use events such as OnDocumentComplete, or OnNavigateComplete ie: After sending a request one will wait till the returning IE document is completed before proceeding to interrogate and update the required fields and submitting the next post. This is because the code will form part of a multi threaded application for a larger project. I have submitted an example code in VB that close to what I am wanting to do in C++Builder. In summary, we want to navigate to specific sites, identify and modify selected fields, and programmaticaly fire off the appropriate submit button.
