Bring in 50-150 sales to our work at home website

We are looking for someone to market our work at home website and bring in 50-150 sales. We would like to do a combination of SEO, build emailing to opt-in clients, advertising on other people's websites with banners and even advertising in other people's newsletters or ezines. We would be interested in also doing popup advertising or telemarketing if you have your own leads as well. The site currently convert every 25-40 people into sales. Am willing to pay $10 for each sale generated and a Bonus of $100 for every 30 sales or a total of $1450 for every 100 sales you bring us. Please contact me if you have experienced.
