Craigslist Campaign

Need a monthly campaign of Craigslist posting all over the country in major US Cities and some others as well. I want this to be a monthly deal, so it will be long term. please indicate if you will provide the ads for me and if they will be text and/or html ads with pics. I have one you can see as an example that I made... I know on CL it can figure out if there are ads already out there like it, so please know a way around this. The more CL accounts the better. Again this will be recurring every month so keep that in mind. Thanks!
