Update my template and Prestashop to the latest 1.6 version.

My prestashop is under 1.5. I need help updating the cms to the latest 1.6 version. I will need to have all my products and categories transferred to 1.6 as well as the new template version. The new template will have to be installed and old tweaks from old template transferred aswell. Let me know what other info you require.
