Advance email routing

Problem: I would like to start using Google workspace but encounter problem with the email routing. I want to be able to receive incoming and outgoing email for all of the following 1) Google workspace paid user 2) Normal Gmail user who are using alias setting 3) Microsoft outlook user When I try setting up the connection, I found that the domain host (Loosefoot) forwarding function does not work.
