Good Morning, sounds like an interesting project. I have experience with voice over in German and I am happy to produce a sample if you submit one to me. Since the final rate really varies and goes with complexity, my general rate is 20US/hour. But again, it depends on the actual material.

Hello, I have voice over talent in my team. She has very clear voice and has successfully completed voice training. I woul send you the voice ex tomorrow. For job with voice over for 25 pages in German is our price 500 USD. The rate is different in relation to the job. Reading is 20 USD / page. The Video Voice over is higher priced, 65 USD / Min.
