VBA simple form

Produce a form, which, upon input of a person’s date of birth, can classify the person according to the following age groups: Baby (< less than 1 year old); Child (1-11), Teenager (12-19), Young adult (20-35), Middle adult (36-65) and Older adult ( > 65). Your program should: • allow the user enter the date of birth, either via InputBox or a Form; • validate the input(s); • display appropriate error messages (e.g. through MsgBox); • display the final result (e.g. through MsgBox). • You are encouraged to add functionality such as allowing the program to accept input dates in different ways. You might also add features to ask whether the user wants to enter other birthdates (might be via a loop until the user says no); whether the routine could be used as an integral part of a larger application such as one that stores birthdates and automatically classifies people into age groups; is flexible so that, for example, it can reclassify people into newly defined age groups, etc.
