Convert WordPerfect Templates and Forms to Word

The attached file contains 5 WordPerfect forms and 7 WordPerfect templates (containing fairly simple macros) that need to be converted to Microsoft Word 2003. There is also a WordPerfect data file that has already been converted to a number of different formats. Any forms or templates that previously used that data file should be converted to use the Word Merge data file (.txt) that is included. Please indicate a timeframe to complete this project as well as the cost. The new Word documents or templates must have the same or similar functionality to the WordPerfect ones provided, so the macros need to be recreated as well.
