Convert Dos program to windows

We require a Windows based software that will replace our current DOS based system. The new system should have the same functionality as our current system and improved features, but be windows based and have the capability to export records Software must integrate with usb serial code scanner (model and make to be advised on acceptance of Job) The main listing options of the serial should be the following: - Indent - Model - Description - Amount - Supplier - Date received - Date dispatched - Country of origin The current system prints the labels via a Intermac 3400 printer so the new system must be able to print labels via the same printer.
