dialer to make calls

we have about 25 machines pcs with voice modems, what we would like to have is to load some telephone numbers to those pcs and they will dial the phone numbers form the list we gave them, each machine will record the call to a hard disk on a difrent machine in the network in wav format or mp3 if possible because we must take in consideration the space that they will need to record. Also we would like to display on each machine to whom the operator is calling, name and number, also the operator must be able to take notes for each number he is calling and to record his conversation also the system must be clever enought to recognize if the line is bussy and if it is bussy then the system will put the number at the back of the queue and it will continiue with the next number. it is also critical that we would like to have reports on the calls that each client is made, the time he spend , the times we atempt to call him. also the system must record the date we do the calling campain and the day and time the machine is calling. we must be able to kill the queue of every machine and pass it to another machine.
