I need a premium section file added to my website.

I do not know the exact name of what I need,but I believe it is called [login to view URL] video sharing website is up and running but is for non paying content only. What I need is a section for paying customers we will call the VIP section. At the top you will see a few links, catagories, video,photo etc,but I need one of the links replaced with a vip link Now when you push the vip link you will go to a page that would explain what the website offers in the vip section then at the bottom would be a link and when the customer pushes this link they will go to the CCBill page to make payment. Now after the customer makes payment he will have access to the vip section. But I need that folder built and installed please. In the vip section the customer does not have the option to upload but can view VIP content. Is this possible to do? A folder seperate from the folder I have now but I need them bridged together somehow if possible. This way ccbill can lock that that vip file so non paying customers cannot access. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
