HQ Flash Intro Page + 4 smaller banners

I need 1 intro page and 4 smaller banners for the site [login to view URL] All banners need to be VERY nice and of high quality since customer is perfectionist. We want both source files and an .xml file to easily change links etc. We need option to have them modified according to our customer's wishes. The Intro Page BG should be black/dark and match the bg on website. We imagine the company logo will somehow fly up and either be nitted up or welded up with some very cool stuff. Customer likes light on dark bg. Company sells man power for maritime, welding, industry, steel and stuff like that. I will provide photos, logo and text. (text is in Danish) 4 Banners We need 4 banners/buttons of equal size to fit where top1-4 are now. (but all in same sizes filling out the space. 1 button for each of the categories under "industriel arbejdskraft" with each a very powerful and fancy hover effect. Maybe a big "outer glow" and other kinds of movement (again he's a pefectionist that likes these flash effects A LOT) I have photos from each category as well Again dark/negative - bright text on dark BG.(matching the site off course) ## Deliverables The file attached IS NOT PART OF THE JOB, but i couldn't regret attaching so just picked a random zip.
