create documents from PDFs

Hi there, I require not only a 3 page document turned from PDF into word (simple work) but also ongoing work Requirement is a team that has 24 hour access, companies that work on different time zones (Melbourne Australia here) are hard because of time differences, so it is required that actions can be taken any time of day or night.
