Dedicated Spanish-Speaking virtual assistant to assist with various tasks for at least 25 hours per week. Main Tasks: Email management Scheduling and rescheduling appointments Data entry work as required Making calls to suppliers Providing professional customer service Internet Research Potential candidates must have excellent organizational skills, be fluent in SPANISH, and have great communication abilities. Experience in providing customer service and managing schedules will be beneficial. The time zone of the virtual assistant is not a concern for us, so all international candidates are encouraged to apply. The hours required for this will be from 9am to 1pm Mexico City Time. Monday Thru Saturday. The calls done will be processed using our own calling app with no cost for the assistant. Is very important to have a reliable internet connection and a computer with microphone and headphone set. Please if possible, let us know the speed of your internet service. Will be important to know if you have experience or are familiar with CRM software like BITRIX24 or any apps useful for office, tasks and clients maintenance. The payments are per week, ( 25 hours for 25 USD ). Payments can be improved in the future based on good productivity of the freelancer and can be increased by 25% , 50% or even 100%. THE PAYMENT IS NOT PER HOUR. The hours per day, and the days per week can be adjusted, depending in the availability of the assistant.
