Full-Time Virtual Customer Service Assistant (US-Hours Required) We are looking for a Full-Time Virtual Customer Service Assistants with great American English comprehension, a Customer Service oriented personality, good writing skills to assist a client with a variety of customer service tasks. Candidate should have excellent read/writing skills as well as great Customer Service skills. We expect extremely high-level customer support and professional, tactful communication with customers using proper grammar and American English. Payment: Please bid based on a weekly salary for 40 hours of work per week for 160 hours per month. Salary will be paid weekly but bid amount should be for a total of 160 hours. Requirements: 1. Always-on high speed internet access 2. Latest version of IE, Chrome or Firefox 3. Must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) 4. Be available via Chat tool like gTalk or MSN for training purposes and allow us to support you in real-time with outstanding questions. 5. Additional languages are a plus. Please note if you know any additional languages. PROJECT RENEWABILITY: -Project may be renewed for additional postings if vendor delivers high-quality work. BID REQUIREMENTS: -Generic bids will be rejected. Serious bidders only.
