If you can use camtasia or any other video capture program, Google search and scroll down a website then this one is easy! All we need is for you to go to a website, and scroll down while capturing the video then slow down the video - it will be displayed for someone to read, so it should go slow enough. The resulting video should be HD - minimum 720p and not be pixelated when full screen on an HD monitor. The resulting video file size should also should also be small < 100 MB if possible. Bonus: if you can add special effects , then we can do that as a bonus project after you have finished the above. Thanks for your bid!
