DALLAS- Record local airings of syndicated shows in HD and convert to digital

We need to record HD episodes of syndicated shows as aired with local commercials for a research project. We would like to record 2 episodes of How I met Your Mother and 2 episodes of The Big Bang Theory. Dates and local air times are listed below. The day after all shows are recorded, we need the video files to be sent to us for download for review.
