ust making sure that within the group area:
Need a place where we can have a calendar.
Need a place to have members of the group listed by name
Need to be able to have address and phone numbers of members in the group.
Need to be able to assign certain days or weeks of a member or members to the calendar. ((It would be nice that if there are six (6) members that the calendar would auto populate the weeks with the members names every six weeks throughout the calendar year instead of manually having to input them week by week. This request is not critical at this point. We can manually input them at this time if this coding would be a hassle.))
Would need to be able to input or reserve weeks for administrative or maintenance as well as the members listed above in the calendar.
ability to auto email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) or Private message members with an email generated by the user group admin alerting that their week is coming up and have fun or whatever they want to put as a message.
suggestions to make this more useable are always welcome.
