Update to a previous Roster Project

I have an existing program that runs on my website that needs to have about 5 extra fields added. [login to view URL] You have to register to view. Updates would have to be made to the import code and the form submission. It should not take more then a day or two to get this done. I will not use the escrow feature as I have been cheated too many times on this site. I will have 1/2 when 1/2 the work is done and the rest when it is done. I have a good track record here for payment.
