CSS, HTML and Bootstrap Expert - Header, Footer and DIV tweaks

Please fully read all of the details of this project before bidding. #1) You will need to have an excellent internet connection and be available to work using TeamViewer. This project involves taking a simple header and footer PSD image, converting it to HTML/CSS and then adding a responsive header, and footer to a content management system called [login to view URL] doesn't matter if you aren't familiar with IRMng. It's not complicated and you'll just be working with HTML, CSS and Bootstrap. You'll also work on styling a few DIVs. Most of DIV the CSS is already written! So you'll be just making adjustments for the DIVs, but you'll create the simple responsive CSS for the header and footer.
