Sales training course design - relationship selling

I am looking for support in the development of a sales training course covering relationship selling. The work required is design of a 2-hour activity-intensive training course, which includes presenter's materials and participant workbook. The goal is to provide clear understanding of how to effectively account manage, what customer service means in a sales environment and understanding buyer behaviour.. MSPowerPoint is fine for presenter information, with the participant's workbook best as a MSWord file.
