Good day, I'd be happy to help with this project - I'm a 3D artist and developer: I mostly work on character sculpting and worked a great deal with Scan the World working on sculpture scans. I wanted to ask you if it would be possible to see a picture/video of the mask in question? Reason being is that a high quality scanner and the hassle of sending the mask might be really unnecessary as even a high quality scanner will produce a scan that requires further clean up (the sculptures I used to work with would sometimes be better photographed than scanned). Depending on how the mask looks, a really reasonable quality result could be achieved by building the scan out of photographs of the mask with additional clean up - I'd be happy to give it a go even before the project is awarded if you would be in a position to take the time to photograph the mask. That, of course, may or may not be a tedious enough work by itself to photograph the mask from all angles with a few dozen photos at least. This approach would also reduce the cost quite a bit, although all depends on your particular needs for the project - don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to discuss that further.
