MAYA 3D, skin weight fix on all the body, so I can animation it properly

would like to fix a little bit of rigging for body, which is in the weight paint i.e if I trying to move hand some of the vertex on the leg popping out need to fix that, and make sure human IK all of them is in order no error message, save as MAYA file (mb file) , please do it on MAYA 2018,
