I can use Catia, AutoCad, Sketchup and SolidWorks in a combo to draw this wave. The best way to approach this is to make a 3d model in software like Solidwork or catia, then autogenerate drafts from them and to save them(drafts) as .dwg file for AutoCad(I am guessing u use AutoCad for your presentation). Then Sketchup can be used for Rendering and for a decent presentation. I can deliver it within a week Also, please clarify, whether u want the image exactly into the model, including the boats and the people, or u just want the waves.

I'm an Architect with More than 5 year working in building desing and on site, and more than 8 years designing with Revit and Autocad. The past year I've being working with Studio Libovich as an outsourcing architect devoloping a 57 stories building, locatated in the Hudson Bay for FX Studio (big studio from Manhattan). I know how hard is a work flow of a building development, but that is a great advantege for both of us becuse I'm really familiarised with it, and I'm sure that with a dayly e-mail feedback and a weekly conference we can make this work.
