Build a 3D Model of a Video Game Character

I need someone with a low pay to create a model of a scientist for my upcoming Portal 2 Mod, raTTail. It needs to be built and applied to a rig I already own for the player model "Chell" and needs to be exported as SMD and VTA. I am willing to spend under 500 AUD but will not go above and expect a full refund if the project is not completed. (Recommended to own Portal 2 on Steam by Valve.) Go to LIFE_EXE and play chapter one DO NOT click "continue from last autosave" because it will take you to vanilla Portal 2. Keep in mind this is very early beta.
