Hola! Soy arquitecto , trabajo desde hace mas de 8 años en el área del modelado 3d , renderizacion y recorridos virtuales . El modelado lo elaboro en autocad 3d y luego lo exporto a cinema 4d . En un modelo sencillo me tomo 2 -4 horas y para modelado de edificios 3d en 2 dias aproximadamente .Modelado 3D de interiores con muchos detalles unos 2 días por escena máximo. Me parece una solicitud rara pidas solo el modelo 3D sin considerar formato o el tipo de texturizado, yo he subcontratado modelado en el pasado pero no acepto modelos que no sean nativos de mi app de render.
