YouTube video 5-7 second intro

Hello everybody. I would like to have an animated intro for my YouTube videos. The video will be 5-7 seconds. I want to have the actor in a room and the frame will be the youtube frame, with the subscribe, like/dislike buttons. The actor will walk through the room to his computer, will look at the subscribe button and then a hammer will appear in his hands, and will hit the subscribe and like buttons.
