I'm a mechanical engineer, designer, modeler and inventor with over 15y experience in designing, modeling and effective manufacturing of different products, devices and systems which spans across multiple industries. I could convert your step file into various CAD format, and also provide 3D pdf which will allow you to open/view the model into the regular Acrobat Reader and also to make your own sections on different planes. Based on your step file, I'll recreate the model and once completed (and aproved by you) I'll make the cutaway sections how is necessary for your purposes (no matter how many). Alongside the CAD format which I'll provide (iges, step :), stl, obj, etc), 3D pdf I'll give you also the drawings with sections and dimensions. If really necessary I could provide realistic renderings too.
