Computer Animation

I would like a quote on a five to ten second 3D computer animation that will be used in a video. I need a resolution of 480p minimum. The file provided ought to be a .MOV file. The figure4 file attached only shows a side view of the animation, and the arrangement is approximate 3D. The animation should start with a 6x7 x 1/16" thick copper plate coming into view. Next a 4 x 5 inch x 1/60" black sheet film is laid on top of the copper plate (centered). Next a green leaf comes onto the screen and is laid on top of the film. (centered and doesn't overlap) A wire with a open switch connects to the copper plate to a small box that is labeled high voltage. A wire connects to the lead and is connector to the electrical symbol for ground. The open switch is closed for 1 second. When the switch closes a blue glow surrounds the leaf. When the switch is opened the glow stops. Everything disappears except for the sheet film. The sheet film travels through a small box labeled develop and emerges as a kirlian photograph. Kirlian photograph will be supplied. Leaf shape used in animation must approximate leaf shape of Kirlian photograph.
