We have an office refurbishment of approximately 300sqm that we require the construction pack drawn up. You will receive hand drawings and will be required to convert to AutoCAD, using our existing templates. The basic GA floor plan has already been drawn up in AutoCAD. The balance of the drawings to be done include electrical, floor finishes, wall finishes, RCP and some shopfitting details. Some construction knowledge or experience would be ideal but not a requirement.

Hello! I have just read your proposal and it's a very interesting project! I'm 6 year experience architect, (10 years experience with Autocad 2013version) skilled in residential interior design. I invite you to take a look to my portfolio I would like to know more details about your work and if its possible to see any hand-made drawing you have? What about the furniture you need to draw? Im very good in desing, but not so good in electrical instalation so you could expect not details from electrical, but I could recomended you where the cables/pipes would be installed. (the same with water conducts) Floor and wall finishes depent on what you want and what is possible for you to be done, I will propose...
