Create a Video

Experience with video production and YouTube is required. VERY EXPERIENCED FREELANCERS ONLY - NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER WITH A HIGH COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE ON AUDIO. I need someone to create an animation for me. It should be creative and look professional. 1.30 - 2 minutes in length. We are in the Legal Services industry, Bail Bonds, and need a video describing our service as a company such as the one in the link on bottom of this description. We need this video, other than to outline the services we offer, to brand our business name locally. We want the visuals of the video to be animated or graphic based such as in the example below, but we are interested in different ideas as well about the design, format, and actual content. We have written the base content for the video minus the local city info, but we would like to make this video many times over perhaps in different ways pertaining to the local cities and services we offer in Southern California.
