Appointment Setting - Telemarketing

We are a full service ad agency operating in 3 states. We need appointments set for all of our sales people. The script is small and simple to use. We will be calling business owners to set an appointment for a advertising consultant to stop by there place of business and pitch them some advertising ideas we have for their business. Each appointment pays $10, every appointment that turns into a sale pays out $25. If the appointment is a no-show then the appointment is not paid. You will have the opportunity to call and reschedule, and follow-up. I am willing to load money on here and release the funds on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for the appointments made. I currently do this in house. My appointment setters on average get 3 to 10 appointments per 5 hour shift. We have 3 sales people and one more coming on board next week. They can all take 2 to 3 appointments per day. So that is a max total of 45 appointments per week. We plan to add more sales people in the near future as well. Looking for a crew or person that is willing to start a long term working relationship. Must speak perfect US or UK English. A knowledge of advertising or internet marketing is a plus. We can provide leads if need be.
