Develop Requirements Doc. and Project Plan for Facebook Application

I need a creative project manager with experience in software development and/or experience with managing software developers.? This project manager will define the requirements for a facebook application based upon my vision and through their own creativity.? Without giving away too many details of the application, let's just say it's a sort of workflow application that allows a FaceBook user's friends (and teams? of friends)? to be assigned tasks.? ? In? short, **I have an idea that I want you to "own".? ? ** The winning bidder will enhance this idea with creative input and then put this idea down on paper as **Use Cases** followed by? a formal **Functional** **Requirements Document**.? ? Once you have completed a formal requirements document I'd like you to put together a simple? [PMBOK][1] based **Project Plan** that will guide my RentACoder developer (yet to be chosen) through the software development lifecycle.? Keep in mind that I am a seasoned PHP/Mysql/SQL/.NET/Java? developer but I simply do not have time to do this on my own. **DELIVERABLES** - Project Summary - Use Cases Document - Functional Requirements Document - PMBOK Based Project Plan ## Deliverables Nothing too special, I'd like this to be an informal process where you, the PM, really take the lead.
